We follow a ticket system. You may submit a ticket for a design request. Our team will process them on a first in first out basis, with 1 to 2 days turnaround time.
"Unlimited" means you may submit as many requests for design as you want. Please note that we observe 1 to 2 day turnaround time per request, and we follow a first in first out protocol.
We like to accommodate your requests. Kindly inform your dedicated account manager and we will make the necessary adjustments if possible.
Unfortunately, our service plans do not allow you to work with just one designer. We follow a ticket system, where you submit a ticket for each request and it will go to our design team for production. But rest assured that all our designers are certified with your brand guidelines!
Similar to our turnaround time for new ticket requests, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to deliver an edited work.
After you subscribe, one of our dedicated account mangers will reach out to you for onboarding. Right after the call, you can already submit a ticket request for design work.
Go to our website, log in to your user account, and select the new plan you want. Your upgrade or downgrade will take effect on the next business day.
For new customers, cancel your plan within 14 days of your subscription date and you will have the total amount of your payment credited back to you within 10 business days.
When you subscribe to the monthly plan, you are not locked into any agreements. Meanwhile, when you subscribe to the 3 and 6 month plans, you are locked in for those periods, and if you cancel your plan prematurely, you will be charged a $1000 termination fee.
We provide a full refund if you cancel your plan within 14 days from your subscription date for new customers. If you cancel your plan after 14 days, you will be billed for the entire month for our services.
